I'd try the solicitor again. Do you have their solicitors details from any correspondence? Otherwise via your own or try the estate agent again. Otherwise it would be small claims court but you will need to give them a warning of your intention to do this confirming exactly what you are claiming for the items and also giving them a timescale before you make the claim to allow things to be sorted before you issue the claim.

I am a qualified solicitor and am happy to try and assist informally, where needed.
