I need to ask.
So I'm going through a legal matter at the moment regarding a Trust Fund.
I have, as of yesterday, my solicitor sent a 5 page Letter of Claim to my brother's solicitors.
My only concern is that I might have a concern my brother was secretly recording our telephone chats.
Up until the legal matter unfolded, we had a good relationship, but its now gone down the pan so to speak.
So, if it comes out my brother has recorded our telephone chats without information me, can these be deemed inadmissable, and can I report him for a breach under the Data Protection Act!?
