Telecommunications fly over digital cable

Hello I am enquiring what court form would I need to complete to have a digital cable removed from above my home. The digital cable is right across my property and there is no wayleave permission from us.

Hello yes I have and they are refusing to remove the digital cable they said we don’t own the air space

Injunctions aren't straightforward, they are costly and shouldn't be 'undertaken' lightly. You may end up paying the other side's costs. I would seek some pro bono 45 minutes from a solicitor that deals with 'injunctions'.

How long has this cable been there? This may affect whether the Court will make an injunction.
