Hi everyone my first post.
Got a letter from Scottish power not in my name has I’m unable to talk or set up account online.
they are threatening with force entry warrant but the letter is not in my name can they do this?
I suspect if I can prove I’m the tennant surely the warrant would be void has the name will be wrong.
