    Hi guys,

    I have attached a Notice to registered keeper can someone advise how I should respond, I have looked at a few other posts but they seem to be on company cars so didn’t know if these applied to me.

    DRP are third party debt collectors who have no legal standing in this, as they are not a party to the alleged contract.

    Their own Code of Practice specifically outlines grace periods.
    How can any reasonable, intelligent, unbiased.......oh, hang on a sec, scrub that, we're 'talking' about private parking co's, aren't we!

    Thanks I ended up missing the appeal period but I have sent a letter to the the appeals team - lets see how we get on. Will keep you posted.

    Have you viewed the pics on their website?

    If, as you say, you were only there 20 mins max, you can challenge on allowable grace periods.

    Check the times on the website pics.
