Hi,
Wondering if anyone has any advice what may happen from this.
I was involved in a accident, driving down the road on a dark rainy night 40mph zone I ended up seeing a black car parked at side of the road unlit at the last second, I went to swerve but clipped the corner which resulted in my car flipping on its roof.
Police arrived 5 minutes later and took a statement, at the time i couldnt remember much, I ended up saying I blacked out the officer told paramedics and they took me for a check up but everything is fine, the next day it was clear I just didn't see the car and I informed the officer by mail.
Now I have this dvla letter...
I have no medical condition and never really have had.
will I end up getting it revoked?
Police informed DVLA I may have a medical condition.
