  • Advantage finance…help 😫😫😫

If anyone can please offer any advice on this I’d be extremely grateful, I just don’t know what to do right now.
3 years ago I got my Audi on got my Audi with finance through advantage finance. I’ve paid way over half of the agreement and am on my last year from October. About 8 weeks ago something went wrong with the car, took to garage, as advised had an injector replaced. Problems persisted and broke down having to be recovered by AA. They said gearbox, find a specialist as a dsg engine or whatever. Car went into specialist garage on 16th aug, heard yesterday gearbox fail and other things which I’m receiving all in an email today, prove to fix £5000. So, the car was £6000 when I bought it, with the finance £10500 roughly. I roughly owe £4000 now. The car itself in full working order is probably only worth about £3500-£4000. I’ve checked my agreement about my right to end it early. Yes I’ve paid over 50% but the car has got serious mechanical failure now. I’m trying to see basically if I could return it or what my options are right now as to be blunt I’m up shit street with no car, no £5000 to get it fixed amd £4000 finance remaining…..help

Can I just check that you have explored whether this is covered by warranty?
