  • Moving home

Dear Legal eagles, I have very big problem. I am on high priority list at Portsmouth City Council for over 7 months. I ve been offered new home by Vivid Homes who works with City Council 3 weeks ago, I have seen that property and I was happy to get it. I have informed City Council about it as I Council tenant. City Council inspection checked my old property and they asked me to remove any shelves and furniture before moving out. I have asked Vivid is it 1000 % I and my family (with 2 children) will move in to new place. They said yes - 100%.I have removed old furniture, shelves, moved Internet changed address in bank etc and bought new furniture for new home. I was told yesterday 24/03 by Vivid that moving home is available on Friday 26/03. And today 25/03/2020 Vivid Homes said the property is available for me as a distance between my old home and new is to short. 7 months ago my family and me was asulted and beaten by local people. That's why I want to move home. New property is very quiet and with fantastic neighbours, but someone thinks for my family safty I should stay next months where are dangerous people. I tried to explain to Vivid and City Council, here is not safe but not there (5 minutes walk and different area). How do they treat us, I spent so much money to prepare for moving? . 24 hours before I been informed? Please tell me is it legal. I have receipts, how much I spent, just waiting for delivery. Help. Children and wife are depressed and lost any hope for our future. Thank you.*

This is a great opportunity, don't miss it... It will be easier to move if you start getting rid of those things in advance that you don't want to see in a new place. Think of moving as a rare chance to get rid of junk and excess belongings. When it comes to packing, do not collect, but choose the items you will take. Only the things you need and love deserve a place in your new life. In addition to boxes and bags, be sure to keep a garbage bag handy during the collection. Specialists boutiquehomeplans.com we had to finish constructing our house after 8 months. But it turned out that they coped in 5, so we moved very quickly.
