    Not sure exactly what you are driving at, but if citing a statute or other authority it must be an accurate quote.
    You're surely not quoting the whole of the statute or BCOBS?
    Unlikely the judge will have a handy copy of BCOBS

    Do note that BCOBS is not contractually binding on the banks. The "rules" therein are only advisory.
