  • Use of telephone recordings as evidence - 👍 or 👎

    Hi.
I have applied for a child arrangement order variation as my ex wife won’t let me have have any additional overnight access with my children.
Am I legally allowed to use recorded telephone conversations against her in court?
Would I of had to inform her that I was recording her?

    Thanks for any help.

You will do well to provide a transcript of the recording (and possibly the equipment on which to play the recording)
