I currently pay cm for my two sons who due to their fathers manipulation choose to stay with him ;they are 16 and 15. The eldest is signed up on a college course but know and been informed he has been kicked off course and therefore dad not entitled to cm or cb .
I called Cms who said I have to prove it. I called the college and they said I have to get my son to sign a form to release information. He will not speak to me and will not sign form . any solutions or way around this dilemma ? Ludicrous I have to pay but have no control over Cms payments?**

    Hello,
It would be best to call Child Maintenance Services and explain that you are unable to get your son to cooperate and sign the form. They would probably advise on other steps you can take.
