CSA Final Order and using a quashing order.....

Hello...

I had a Final Order served on a bank a/c by the CSA after an Interim Order. The figures the CSA have used are incorrect....I was thinking of challenging this is a County Court with the hope of getting a quashing order, I've since read a country court can't serve a quashing only a High Court or Administrative Court.

Any advice...view ...experiences would be much appreciated.

CSA is a nightmare. If I were you, I'd go speak to Citizens' Advice first.
