This possibly comes under Human rights laws. Basically I have an app on my iPhone which is on constant record. It allows me to save up to the last 5 minutes of audio. Where do I stand legally in my own home? I get in to constant debates with my wife and 13 year old step daughter. I use this app to save what I have said and what has been said to me. Sometimes I will use it to prove to my wife what my step daughter has said, but mainly to cover my own back.
