Legal situation(England)
Married couple let's call them Mr and Mrs X,
They have 2 kids both girls,
Slowly the marriage collapses,
The usual arguing,feelings lost,
They agree to seperste(not divorce)
Mrs x won't allow him to see kids,
She follows him constantly,
She hounded him constantly,
He got annoyed with this and they got divorced,
Still not allowing him to see kids,
Each partner seemed to move on,
Mr x met a new partner,unsure about Mrs x,
Mrs x repeatedly followed Mr x,
She tracked him & his new partner,
She followed them,
She hacked his phone somehow,
Hacked accounts,
When Mr x was at coast on holiday with his partner they caught Mrs x stalking and following them, so they contacted police.
Police arrived and I think she was cautioned because the kids were there.
Later again was arrested.
She went to court over stalking, tracking and loitering. She was found guilty on some charges and guilty on suspicion of on other charges. However got a suspended sentence.
Now over 6 months later she wants to appeal her guilt, and they had evidence which is why she was found guilty, so could she appeal so late on? Also if its a suspended sentence would you want to appeal?
I thought magistrates could be appealed up to 21days,
Crown up to 28 days.
However....if there was a case comin up, could that be appealed at the last minute...as.aybe that's happening but way he's talking doesn't sound it.
