  • court order in family law

    Hi all ,
I am currently going through a financial remedy case and during this case I went to a LSPO hearing and an order was made to pay the Applicants legal fees.

in the order/undertakings it is written:
    1. AND UPON the respondent providing undertakings to the court and tye applicant not to sell or otherwise dispose of any make or model ford car currently in his possession before the final hearing in this matter.

    My questions are:
    2. Can I make an application to court to have the order varied or dismissed ?
    3. if so what form do I need ? Uk
    4. I originally took out a high street bank loan to pay applicants legal fees , which in essence was against the car, but not actually written against car.
    5. Can I take out Finance against car to pay high street loan off, my final solicitors bills and visa .This would be against car then , please refer to order point 1. Would it be breaking the order ?
