Can family court documents be served to the other party via email?

It will depend on the document title and and nature of it's content. Some documents are still required to be sent via post while other documents are permitted to be sent via email. An express agreement between all parties also needs to be in place that permits documents to be sent via email. If you are comfortable with letting me know the document that requires sending to the other party, I can advise further.

The delivery of a court document to another person(Lawyer). The method of service must comply with the rules of the court and must draw the document to that person’s attention. There should be an appropriate method for serving documents and address whether you can serve court documents online or not.

Hello! I'm not a lawyer, but I believe that it is possible.
