  • Misspelt Address on CCJ

Just quickly, I have a CCJ but my address is misspelt giving the house name a sufficiently different name to give rise to doubt over the actual property.

Simply a typo I know, but I tried to defend the claim and found out in hindsight that the claimant had obtained the judgement in my absence.

Also, if the claimant has made such an error with spelling can it be assumed the other details such as sum owed is accurate?

Is this sufficient grounds to apply for the judgement to be set aside?
