    Yes, this is exactly what I've asked them to agree to, along with the reference. I've agreed that I'll sign up everything else on the basis that they add those two things to the agreement. So far they yet to confirm if they will.

          ULA havjng slept on it I made the call this morming to just ask them to revert to the formal consultation process. The immediate dispersal of all the pressure i've been under this week and the overwhelming sense of relief I'm feeling have confirmed that that was the right decision for me and my circumstances.
