  • Ideas for Whistleblowing redundancy case

Hello Friends, I came to this forum to seek ideas and tips about winning an automatic unfair dismissal case I have filed against my employer. What are the tricks that professional solicitors use to discredit claimants story.

Some of the possible tricks are : They could say the claimant also had conduct issues even though not mentioned during the consultation. They may try to concede a little and win the bigger portion. For those are experienced in this field may please give me some tips on Do's and Dont's.

I am not sure what you mean about "tricks that professional solicitors use to discredit claimants".

A solicitor will represent an employer and defend a claim based on the facts of the case and evidence available to support that defence. Any defence will be specific to the claim being made.

To advise on tribunal process and what you may need to provide to prove your claim, then we would need to know more details of your claim/s.

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.
