  • Perversity

    Hello Legal Beagles,
    I have experienced perversity.
I represented myself in discrimination, sexual harassment and victimisation ET case. I was able to prove everything from either documents or admissions during cross examination. Like my manager telling the tribunal I was calling for sex when I messaged him to tell him of bereavement in my family, to give one example. They also edited messages/emails, customer contracts, created fake public profiles in my real name, faked emails and I had proof of so much further harassment since losing my job. I even have a ‘weapon’ left on my property from the manager who intended to hurt me. I have reported it to the police-who actually laughed at me.
None of it appears in the judgement. Instead, there is lie after lie. Manipulation after manipulation of everything. My words have edited and, in some cases, completely fabricated, not just for myself. The transcript is completely edited. They did not record the audio so I have no evidence of what actually happened.
They closed the tribunal to the public so there are no witnesses.
One of the panel members (who was recused) is related to the someone high up of the company I took to Tribunal. This is not enough proof for perversity from the advice I have received.
There are SO many things I cannot share.
But even with the most expensive lawyer in the world, I have no evidence.
I can't do anything because I will be done for Slander despite the fact this the truth!
Has anyone come across anything like this before?
