Tribunal award reduction - do I appeal this or wait until remedy hearing

Won a tribunal but had the award reduced due to contributary fault. I have a remedy hearing early next year. I want to get the percentage reduced because the evidence shows i was not blameworthy to the percentage stated in the judgment. Do i put my argument forward at the remedy hearing to get the percentage lowered, or do i have to appeal the judgment to get the percentage lowered?
