  • sacked by HR

Hello members. Can anybody help me please. I was sacked by HR but according to ACAS, HR HAS "NO AUTHORITY" TO SACK AN EMPLOYEE. I also found out the letter/document has to be signed by a higher body and then signed by HR. I was sacked in June 2025 for shouting at the newly appointed manager with zero experience. She was picking on me after I put in a grievance against her laundry Daughter. The manager started shouting at me, I followed, her Daughter shouted calling me "a f*****g liar.
I was sacked by HR for shouting & for putting a little stone on the managers desk saying "if you can get blood from this stone I'll give you a thousand quid". It was then that she started shouting. I was suspended then sacked. for shouting & the stone issue. No mention of alleged swearing, contradicting statement/s.
While suspended I had a phone meeting with HR over a grievance I lodged the day before against the manager. HR said (during a grievance meeting) a date will be set for a disciplinary hearing.
She sent me a so called transcript of the grievance meeting & asked me to contact her if adjustments are needed. I wrote what I wanted editing. She deliberately ignored my request 3 times.

She had no intention of having a disciplinary meeting with me. She lied & held the meeting the same day as the decision as the 1st meeting without me. She admitted she didn't reply to my 3 transcripts requests. She admitted to holding the disciplinary meeting without me saying she mis-lead me. The manager & her daughter have not been investigated. I asked HR for statements that she said were made by staff. She said she doesn't have to because it will show the names. I requested them in redacted form. ICO said I'm entitled to them. I requested the SAR again.
HR asked me to send the SAR to their department but I sent it to data controller as advised by ICO. That request has been totally ignored. I have requested them a 3rd time & told how ICO advised me to make a complaint which I have done.

How long had you been working there before you were dismissed?

diecastdave the post you have made on this new thread relates to the thread you previously created to linked below:

      https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...71-sar-request

Please can I ask that you cut and paste the post made here onto the bottom of the above linked to thread. It is much easier for those of us advising to have all questions related to the same issue continuing on the one thread.

Once you I see you have posted on the linked to thread, I can then delete this thread to avoid any confusion and then also respond to you.

      Many thanks.

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
