    Ip Question From Startup Quant Fund

    A quant startup fund (100M Aum) from London just interviewed me asking what do I think about the IP rights to the systems I have developed - if I bring them to the fund when I start working as a quant researcher for them.. ideally i would want to keep my intellectual property.. its this possible? What are my options? Would it be better to look for a more established fund and go full strength with them? Not worrying they will dump them after they have all my ideas?
