    Final written warning

    Hello I'm looking for some advice for someone I know.

    They were on an informal personal development plan but not given any warning.

    Has now been suspended, investigated and had a disaplinary resulting in a final written warning.

    Can this happen with no previous warning, worked there for 7 years. Feel its just a step to an easy dismissal. No mention of gross miss conduct.

    Was the suspension, investigation and disciplinary anything to do with the personal development plan (PDP)? Or something entirely different, if so details of the allegations would be helpful.
