Can I claim for harassment from Lowells?
After nearly three years of harassment by Lowells which resulted in them registering a CCJ against me, I finally gave up with both them and o2 and appealed to the ombudsman.
This morning I received a notice saying that this judgement had been overturned as, as I had told them repeatedly, the debt was never due and had been sold on in error.
At first my reaction was one of overwhelming relief, but I have had three years of being afraid to open my post or answer my phone as these vultures just would not desist despite being told that, by o2's own admission, I owed not a penny.
Can I file a case for harassment against them? How would I go about this?
