Bwlegal letter before claim

A few of days ago I received a letter of claim dated(25/6/19)for a pay day loan . I have moved address alot since then and can't really remember. this is the first time I’ve had a letter regarding this. So today I've opened my credit file and can see this debt on there with a date of default as 19/8/2013 so just about 6 years. Can anyone give me advice on what/where to go next with this thanks.

right im back , im about to send off my reply to the letter of claim ive ticked box *c* what information should I ask for? the debt was for the moneyshop, I cant seem to find any info on them to go any further. how do I get a copy of the default notice please guys...or what do I need to do? sorry im suffering form anxiety at the moment and everything is getting a bit on top of me and all the things im reading is going in my head and straight back out again.
