Hi, I am sorry for a flurry of posts but thought it best to keep in separate topic threads. Our version is clearly shown with evidence, documents etc but do we/ can we say somewhere that we are concerned that they have given misleading information or will the judge just notice this anyway?

You should write a Reply to Defence and enclose it with your Directions Questionnaire which should be filed with the court and served on the defendant at the same time. There is another ongoing post about Reply to Defence which you may wish to read for info

Thanks - of we have already filed our directions questionnaire is it too late to do a reply to defence? The dates have all happened quite quickly and we are in court next month (just preparing witness statement and evidence in the next 48 hours to meet the next deadline).Originally posted by Pezza54 View PostYou should write a Reply to Defence and enclose it with your Directions Questionnaire which should be filed with the court and served on the defendant at the same time.
