Hi everyone,
I have a following interesting question.
If there is an unless order that has not been complied with in time, and an application for relief from sanction is made "out of time" asking for an extension of time, is it possible for the judge to allow extension of time without granting releif from sanctions?
If yes, what CPR would this decision be made under?
