  • Notice of Change of legal representative

    Evening all,

A little help please, could be nothing, just confused me, I was in a dispute and told the company I was going to issue proceedings, their solicitors then contacted me with their details, and address for service of the claim.

So I filled the paperwork and sent the particulars of claim and claim form to the solicitors, heard nothing then I get a letter form their solicitors attached was a N434 form telling me a Notice of change of legal representative.

It's the same solicitors that I sent the claim form to, the same address and everything, My question is are they playing with me, is this some underhand tactics, I am totally confused, any help greatly appreciated.

    Kindest Regards
