  • Direction Questionairre - Help Please!

Good Afternoon all. This is the first time I submit court claim so apologize for my ignorance. Today I have submitted Direction Questionairre since the defendant response was rejected all my claims. After I submitted I had a massive panic attack as I realized I might answered some questions wrong. The expert evidence and witness I should have answerd Yes instead of None! Will have mediation within 28 days, but if the mediation is unsuccesful and the case has to go for court hearing, is there any possibilities I can ammend my questionairre? Will this be a problem in the court hearing?

Has anyone been in the similar situation or can help me with my question please? I'd be really grateful. Thank you.

I don't think it will be a problem, it might be an idea to see if they can amend the AQ form before the Judge / Court provides instructions.

Phone the court, but also send the 'updated information' to the court and other party via email.

You need to stick to your original thread.

Hi echat11 Thank you for your reply. Thought I'd make new thread as the previous one was about LBA. I'll be back to my original thread for future questions.

I'll try to phone the court once the case has been transferred and also will update them and the other party via email. Thank you!

I would call the court now, don't wait for it to be transferred.

Hi echat11 I just spoke to MoneyClaim helpline and the lady on the phone said I should call the court if the mediation is unsuccesful and the case gets transfer to the court. I agreed that the hearing will be held at the court which Defendant chose. Should I just call to that court now and no need to wait for the mediation result? Thank you.
