Hello,

I need to bring a case against my neighbour.

As far as I an aware, I will need estimates of costs.

However, I am having difficulty getting such estimates, and time is moving on.

I have seen 'trade' sites, showing prices for both materials and labour.

I am wondering if it is possible to use figures from those sites?.

Why don't you get some free quotes, a site like MyBuilder.Com and other similar sites, you can post pictures of the job, put measurements in the description etc. They can then email 3 / 4 free quotes with breakdown of costs.
