    Suing the correct entity

    Dear all,

    I am about to issue protective proceedings against an organisation. The organisation is a limited company, however, it uses a trading name. Should the Defendant's name on the claim form be the limited company, the trading name or a combination of both (e.g XYZ Limited trading as X)?

    "Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin.         Its not only the best bet, but its the correct bet too.

        ABC Limited Trading As CBA

        And dont forget to use the registered address on companies house for service. And dont forget to serve the Claim form within 4 months otherwise its dead in the water
