  • debtors or creditor forum?

I don't seem to be receiving much help with my questions as a Creditor , which minds me to query if this forum is principally for Debtors? I have tried to separate my questions whilst providing sufficient background to assist in anyone kind enough to consider and reply at risk of potentially duplicating posts to some degree. Not sure how best to frame questions to attract a reply. Can someone offer advice or am I poking around where really no one wants to impart a view to a Creditor ?
