Change of General Form of Judgement or Order

I have a ccj against a company but they have changed the company name but have not informed companies house they have ceased trading. Can I get the CCJ order changed to show the defendants name and home address instead of the company and company address? I have proof that I loaned the money to this person but I think I made a mistake in taking the CCJ out against the company. Can I get this amended within Form N244, any help and information would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is this a simple change of name of a limited company, or a liquidation of one and incorporation of a new company?
