Thanks for clearing that up Amethyst, so I delete the s77's and its good to go.
If I email it can I sign it with a font or do I need to physically sign it, scan. email?

Thanks Nem, but regarding the bold 77 or 78, Im confused, I sent cca request under section 77-79 which do i delete from my defence?

I have emailed this off to ccbcdefendants@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk. I presume I do not need to send anything from the response pack as well?
