Hi everyone,
I am a claimant defending on my own and need to submit an application to court to decline expert evidence on services rendered.Do i submit application on N244 document,is there a fee and will this application go against me in future court proceedings.The order also states both parties must give to each other standard disclosure of documents by list please advise what format for this information.
