I have received a ccj through TM Legal and I am getting bombarded with text messages from TM Legal about contacting them to help resolve before they send a bailiff or apply for attachment of earnings, i have never corresponded with them at all but I'm now worried that they will apply for attachments or bailiffs and never replied when the paperwork came from the court any help would be much appreciated

Hi HAGUE1965
Welcome to LB
If you didn't receive the Court papers i.e. you didn't receive them, they were sent to the wrong address, then you could set aside the CCJ.
You need to check that you actually have a CCJ and they aren't just saying that.
What you could do is fill in an income and expenditure form, take into account the cost of living, i.e. energy, food etc. Things seem to be
going up, give yourself a 'leeway'. only commit to pay what you can afford. Send the following letter with the I & E after amending it, make
sure you get Proof of Postage.
