  • Ukpc parking ticket

    hi there everyone,
. I received a parking fine through the post for leaving a parking site area and although I have told them I never left the site they have persisted in saying I did even though not providing proof that I have requested from them ,they have sent me a court letter which I filled out explaining that I did not leave the site,I have now received an email from ukpc solicitors saying they are still going ahead with claim against me I can't believe this is happening I feel bullied here so I am writing to you people in the hope of a light at the end of tunnel. Best Regards S.wilson

If you have already filed your defence with court there is little we can do.

However please post up copies of all correspondence and parking charge notices yopu have received.
Also need to see photos of site signage

OK yes I sent the court appeal letter off on the 12th of march explaining that I did not leave the site and that i had asked ukpc for proof evidence which I know that they cannot possibly have so I was a bit shocked to get this email from ukpc solicitors

suggest you remove those documents as they contain details which identify you.
Remember this is an open forum and when posting you should redact identification details.

do you not have a copy of the original Notice to Keeper?
