I'm being sued by the freeholder for forfeiture of my lease due to non-payment of ground rent and service charge. I've made a counterclaim for non-fulfilment of the freeholder's responsibilities under the lease. The freeholder's solicitor has provided an evidence bundle. Do I need to supply one too?
Based on my previous experience of court cases I would have thought yes, but that was the small claims court before. In the documentation I've received from the court and my search online, it doesn't seem like I need to provide one, but I'm suspicious as to whether I've correctly interpreted that.
