Hi , just to let you know that I received a date to send all my documents to court (by the 24th of October) however the same day I received the letter from court I paid the balance myself and Mortimer Clarke agreed to, I now have a letter saying that the client has accepted it as the full and final settlement of the balance due and the account has been closed and I will not be pursued for the remaining balance. My question is, do I still need to send all my documents to court or do I not do anything now?

Call the Court just to confirm the case has been 'discontinued', the Court normally sends out a notice to that effect.
But from what you say the debt has been settled and the matter closed. So you don't need to send anything.
            Well done on resolving it.
