Even though (if it is genuine) they've sent it now, it doesn't mean they sent one at the time or that you received it. If you had received it,
you could have rectified the Default on the account.
All that's happened is you've sent the Witness Statement and 'hey presto', 3 days before the Hearing it (if it's genuine) magically appears.
You should have received it before the account was Defaulted. Your position is the same as before, it wasn't received, so the account couldn't be 'brought' up to date.

Do i say anything in court regarding this?
Their address is partially cut off at the bottom of the default notice, it should have the full address, no reason why that should be the case.
If you had received the Default Notice in May 2023, it wouldn't have had '%%Eyeball1', '%%Eyeball2', so you could state that it looks 'suspicious', not genuine.
Normally Default Notices have a heading Default Notice which is 'underlined', before it goes into the detail.
No doubt the Creditors solicitor will be sent a copy.
