    Hi Missmongan

    Welcome to LB

Send a copy of the letter you sent, attach a covering letter, attach an Income and Expenditure form (make sure to take account of the 'cost of living' crisis i.e energy, food etc. Give you self a 'buffer' if things go up further. Send it to the Court Recorded Delivery.

Are you sure that the letter is not a County Court Judgement?
