  • County court business claim form

    Recieved county court business centre claim form parking private land 5 years old pcn. Station parking and paid parking, only to receive PCN stating private land . How to responds. ??

          The original PCN if you have it.. Otherwise a SAR request to the original parking company. And a 31.14 request to the solicitor. See the shortcuts panel on this page.

            This might be 5 years ago and was sorted I thought not sure I can locate any original PCN . Will have to investigate any old correspondence. Thanks

              Yes, CN was issued in 2019 for Not displaying permit on private parking, This was for parking at a train station parking. I had paid south eastern railway parking, which was displayed. It appears that part on the parking is for an estate agent , Managed by a private parking firm. I did alert them of the payment for all day parking from south eastern trains. They rejected the appeal but no clear explanation.
