Hi all.
I have rec'd 4 x County Court Business Centre Claims on behalf of a Private Parking company called Private Parking Solutions London Ltd, whilst delivering on and Industrial Estate.
The total amount of all for claims is around 2k
I have a small transport company and we deliver here regularly.
I ignored the tickets as I saw a few forums and had conversations with other people that said what they cannot be followed through legally unless we replied to them.
We have been parking on this estate for years and ignoring the tickets, and apart from some chase letters they have never come to anything.
Then a couple of weeks ago I rec'd 4 x claim forms, that covered 7 deifferent parking tickets.
Following some advice I have gone online and completed an acknowledgement of service for all 4 claims as this is meant to extend my period to 28 days to decide how to approch this.
Can any help ? do I have to pay , or do I have a leg to stand on ?
