          letter 1 of goodff ah ,, ignore those they will work against you in a court room, follow the real system

              Just an update everybody
              had a letter from BT about the subject access stating they don't deal with it at their office but they sent it to the relevant office and I should get a reply in 30 days
              nothing from lowell solicitors or lowell the claimant
              defence due on 3rd September
              so I will now prepare for that
              any help is appreciated

                      You were told not to send documents in evidence to the court. You need to submit your defence to the court so that it arrives within 33 days of the issue date. Not to do so will result in a default win for BT

                        Issue date is 3rd September
                        I havnt sent any documents
                        I'll do the defence by tomorrow online
                        would that be sufficient

                          You mean issue date is 3rd August ? If so then 33 days is 5th September, Wednesday next week. Format it nicely in a word processor, sign it, convert to PDF and send as an attachment by email. Online will destroy any formatting. You want the judge to be impressed and have an easy time reading it.
