  • Defendant's Defense

I am suing National Hunter but they are replying defending my claim that they are a mere processor and are not liable. That the member is the data controller in this matter and is liable for accountability to the data protection principles. I believe they act as Joint Controllers. What can I do?

As claimant, it is for you to bring evidence to prove your case. So examine the defence (spelt with a 'c') and see whether it stands up to close scrutiny.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
