      It has worked...
      It's a standard account statement letter as they have added the claim costs on to the balance. Nothing to worry over at all xx

        Ah OK - so the amendment you did for me is still the one to send? Do I have to post it today recorded so it gets there tomorrow or can I do it online?

          Hi again. I sent the defence in and it was received on the day of the deadline - I hope that's going to be OK.

          Received a letter from Cabot this morning saying they don't have the CCA but will get it from the original creditor within 12 days. I'll update when they send it.

            Their claim is likely to be stayed if you haven't yet heard back from the court following your defence - may be worth checking with the court the status of the claim.
