      You do as requested and complete the form and send a copy back to the court and another copy to the other people in the case.

            On the case, unless you receive notification of the change of address for documents you keep writing to the address on the court forms.

              Yes, it looks like it.

              I tried to make a request to find the owner of the domain, however they are using a protection whois service so there is no way to find out the registered details.

              They are advertising on Facebook as I've seen their ads a number of times now.

                  Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                  If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
