Decision making by board of directors

Can a director get a board decision without giving all directors all relevant information and excluding some from voting ? I know it sounds silly but......

I have sometimes looked at posts and thought they were simply wind ups. This isn't, it is being tried.
I have scoured the AoA . Possibly because it's so ridiculous there is no specific wording to exclude this behaviour.
