My friend who was travelling with me got out of my car and made the rest of her journey on foot. I have today 25th July received a PCN dated and posted 21st July from Vehicle Control Services Limited PO Box Sheffield S9 9DJ who are an IPC member with a PCN. Reason stated stopping to pick up/ drop off in a restricted zone.
